Returns & Exchanges

We hope every Steén piece you bring into your wardrobe becomes a long-loved favourite.

If, for any reason, your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return or exchange, please email us at hello@steencollection.com with your name, address, phone number and a brief note explaining the reason for the return or exchange. We will guide you through the process and arrange a convenient collection.

Please note:

  • Items should be returned unused, with tags attached, and ideally in the original outer paper packaging to ensure accurate handling.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving your returned parcel.

Exchanges for a Different Size

To exchange for a different size, we kindly ask that you purchase the new item on our website. Your refund for the original item will be processed as soon as we receive it. We apologise for any short delay while waiting for the refund.

Shipping & Fees

  • Returns within the UK and EU are free of charge.
  • Returns from outside the UK and EU are the responsibility of the customer, including the cost of returning the item. Any new item purchased from outside the UK and EU will also require the customer to cover the shipping cost.
